Investment Process

U.S. Property Development follows a three-step investment process to vet every opportunity. The first step involves a comprehensive property-level review, where U.S. Property Development leverages its deep expertise across real estate, property management, brokerage, and construction management to thoroughly assess the potential of each property or development.

Opportunities that clear this initial stage move on to an investment-level review. Here, U.S. Property Development rigorously stress-tests financial models, evaluates the opportunity’s fit within a client’s portfolio, and refines the investment structure and capital stack to ensure viability.

The final step is a review by the U.S. Property Development Investment Committee. Leveraging their extensive industry experience and networks, the committee determines whether to approve the opportunity, ensuring each investment is backed by thoughtful, expert insight.
